As a warm-up, draw this side view of female head, based off an illustration by Heinrich Kley.

Try drawing this female head in profile view by following the steps in this demo. We're going to be using the construction lines shown in the right image.
While drawing, try to draw the facial features as accurately as possible, and try to the opposite with the hair; draw the hair with a loose line.

First, draw the bridge of the nose, and then the bit under the nose and the upper lip. Note the angles. The head is tilted back a bit.

The lips, and completing the nose. Keep paying attention to the angles. The head is tilted slightly. This is important for the drawing to come out right.

The part under the chin, and the front of the neck. There's a slight double chin which is important for the result to look good. The front of the neck goes down almost vertically.

The eye is vertically above the front line of the neck. The brow tilts back a bit due to the head being tilted.

Draw the lock of hair loosely, but do keep it near the facial features. The ear also tilts back a bit due to the orientation of the head.

The hair goes back quite a bit. With the tilted head, the back of the neck seems to end in the back of the ear.

Now have some fun drawing the hair in loosely.
