Quickly become better at drawing—without burning out—by using my workbook.
while back, I published scans from an 1911 book with Heinrich Kley sketches.
Good friends of mine, however, found another treasure! This book is called Vergil Eaneis and they got hold of number 106 of 990 that were printed. it was published in 1910 so it is in the public domain, and it contains some wonderful illustrations by Heinrich Kley!
Heinrich Kley illustrations are great to study from as you can learn a lot from them when it comes to form studies, shape design, gesture, anatomy, storytelling. I use them heavily in my exercises.
Here is a zip file with high-resolution cleaned-up scans of the illustrations.
